E-tickets issued by the Museum are partially refundable on cancellation and are non-transferable in terms of number of person(s)/date.
A request for cancellation will have to be made on the website.
Once the Museum receives the request, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded to the account of credit/debit card account with 7 days. Balance 50% will be retained by the museum as administrative charges.
Should there be any change of schedule under unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances for the visit, the Museum will attempt to contact the visitors, who have booked the e-ticket(s) in advance, to arrange re-scheduling or refund of the e-ticket(s). This contact will be in the form of email. Customers are advised to check their email inbox before visiting the Museum to avoid any inconvenience. In these circumstances the Museum will not be liable for any loss or wastage.
